How Lumikern Energy handles the details you share with us through this website.

Who we are
This website is operated by Finnesa Capital Private Limited, which manufactures solar modules and battery storage systems under the Lumikern Energy name in Depalpur, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Finnesa Capital Private Limited (Lumikern Energy).
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our two forms.
Project enquiry form
Your name, company or organisation, work email, phone number, organisation type, area of interest, project size and unit, project location, timeline, and anything you write about your requirements.
Contact form
Your name and email address, and — if you provide them — your company, phone number, the topic you choose and your message.
When you submit a form
We also record which page you sent it from, and whether our emails about it were delivered. To stop the forms being flooded with automated submissions, we convert your IP address into a one-way code and count how many submissions come from it in a short period. We do not store your IP address itself, and these counts are kept only briefly and cleared out automatically.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising trackers on this website. The only analytics we use is Cloudflare Web Analytics, listed below, which does not use cookies.
- Our website code does not set cookies.
- We do not sell your personal data.
How we use your details
- To reply to your enquiry or message.
- To prepare quotations and technical information you ask for, and to arrange plant visits.
- To send you a confirmation email with your reference number.
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse.
Who else handles your details
We use the following service providers to run this website. They process your details only to provide their service to us.

| Google Fonts | Supplies the typeface. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address. |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics | Counts page views and visits and measures how quickly pages load, so we can see which pages are read and where visitors come from. Your browser sends it the address of the page, the page you came from and basic browser details, and Cloudflare receives your IP address when the script loads. It does not use cookies. |
How we protect your details
Your details travel over encrypted connections. They are stored in a database that cannot be read by the public, and only authorised Lumikern staff can see them.
How long we keep your details
We keep enquiry and contact records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any business relationship that follows, and then delete them — unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.
Stored in your browser
We save your light or dark appearance setting in your browser's local storage so it is remembered next time you visit. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to our using it.
To make a request or raise a concern, send us a message through our contact form or email sales@lumikern.com, and say that it is a privacy request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
